ORDERING

When an order it is subject to these Terms of Use and at the price stated at time of purchase.

Where an order has been placed online an automatic e-mail acknowledgement will be issued. However, this does not mean that we will be able to fulfill the order. Upon shipping you will receive an e-mail confirmation what has been dispatched with prices and total value stated, you will be notified of items that are out of stock at this point.

If an order is cancelled for whatever reason any payments made will be refunded in full. We reserve the right not to supply products, change and/or discontinue them at any given time and at our own discretion.

Each order will be dealt will individually.

AVAILABILITY

All promotions & offers are whilst stocks last; we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible however goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and accepted, our stock position relating to a product may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and no money will be taken for the product.

PRICE

Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Goods are subject to availability.

Delivery charge will be indicated at time of purchase prior to entry of debit or credit card details, price is based on delivery address.

Prices stated on this website are in £ sterling and are deemed accurate at time of entry

Where tax and duties are applicable the customer will be responsible for paying them.

PAYMENT

Payment must be received prior to the goods being dispatched; method of payment is either Credit or Debit card.

CREDIT CARD

Payment can be made by phone or online using a valid credit or debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Solo). The money will be debited from the customers account with 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order

For security purpose all information will be encrypted whilst being transmitted across the Internet

Banks and Credit card companies may do there own checks on payments for validation purposes

All relevant details e.g. invoices will be sent to the card holders address and not to the delivery address where they differ.

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the law to the extent such provision is invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed from these Terms.

Any such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

The Terms and any matters arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or matter arising from or in connection with the Terms.
