DELIVERY

We currently only offer delivery services to Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland & Channel Islands.

We offer a range of delivery service from Royal Mail to Next Day by courier which is price dependant and you will be given an option for what service you would like to choose.

• Zones A & B – Mainland UK standard delivery next working day £4.50 (Free delivery on orders over £45.00)
• Zones C & D – Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands standard delivery next working day £16.00 (No free delivery option)
• Zone E – Southern Ireland standard delivery 2 working days £22.50 (No free delivery option)
• Europe & RoW not currently available.

Dependant on the delivery address we aim to deliver within 5 working days.

We will not accept any claims or be held liable for losses based on late delivery.

Where an order is late please contact our office on 020 83086963 and we will make every effort to insure your order is delivered without any further delays.

RETURNS

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with as long as it is returned unused and in a resalable condition within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will ONLY be credited to your original method of payment.

We will attempt to deal with any returns with minimal delay.

Where the return is due to an unwanted product the customer will be responsible for shipping cost back to our office address:
